By entering into an agreement with Zynri Ltd (operating under the brand name EliteRDP.io), you agree to abide by these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

§ 1 Subject Matter and Conclusion of the Contract

Zynri Ltd offers virtual server hosting solutions, providing system resources for data storage, such as programs, documents, and other content, along with Internet connectivity. These services are offered through EliteRDP.io, where customers select service packages and make payments. The contract is established once Zynri Ltd receives payment. The customer will then receive an email with access credentials for their respective server.

§ 2 Services

Zynri Ltd provides hosting services as outlined during the order process. These GTC apply to all services contracted.

a) Scope of Services
Zynri Ltd offers virtual server hosting with the agreed storage capacity. Customers can freely utilize these resources. We are responsible for maintaining the connection between the server and the internet, ensuring content is accessible. Zynri Ltd ensures that all technical measures are in place to prevent unauthorized third-party access. Access credentials will be sent after the contract is finalized, and services will be provided within 24 hours of payment.

b) Service Specifications
We offer data transmission services limited to connecting our infrastructure to the internet and the virtual server provided to customers. Zynri Ltd is not liable for network failures outside our infrastructure. We guarantee 99.5% availability, excluding scheduled maintenance. Typical maintenance occurs during off-peak hours (00:00 - 05:00 CET), lasting no more than 30 minutes per month. We will notify customers of significant hardware or software updates.

§ 3 Cooperation Obligations

Customers must cooperate with Zynri Ltd to ensure proper service provision.

a) Access Data Handling
Customers must keep access credentials confidential and promptly change initial passwords. Should access credentials be compromised, the customer must inform Zynri Ltd immediately and change the password. If unauthorized access is suspected, Zynri Ltd reserves the right to suspend services until the issue is resolved.

b) Security
Customers must ensure that applications (programs/scripts) do not compromise system security. Zynri Ltd has the right to disable or remove any content that poses a security risk. Customers will be informed promptly about such actions.

c) Legal Compliance
Customers must ensure their content complies with applicable laws. Any illegal content or activities will lead to termination of services. Zynri Ltd works with law enforcement agencies in case of legal violations and may delete content or suspend accounts when necessary.

d) Duty to Inform
Customers must promptly provide all necessary information if Zynri Ltd takes action that impacts their rights or account.

§ 4 Remuneration and Payment Terms

The agreed remuneration and scope of services are confirmed upon contract conclusion. Zynri Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices due to cost increases, with a notice period of 6 weeks.

Payments can be made via credit card or cryptocurrency. Services will be activated within 24 hours of payment. If there are delays beyond this period, the customer is entitled to a refund upon request, unless they continue using the service.

§ 5 Contract Duration and Termination

Contracts are concluded indefinitely, with no fixed terms. Customers may renew services by making timely payments.

a) Automatic Renewal
Contracts renew automatically upon payment. If no payment is received, the contract will be terminated. Zynri Ltd will suspend services, and data may be deleted 48 hours after suspension if no payment is made.

b) Extraordinary Termination
Either party may terminate the contract immediately for just cause, such as non-payment or illegal activities. In such cases, Zynri Ltd may delete data upon termination, unless it affects law enforcement investigations.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

As a consumer, you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days from the contract conclusion.

If you withdraw, Zynri Ltd will refund all payments within 14 days, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

§ 7 Warranty and Liability

Zynri Ltd is liable for damages caused by its own fault.

a) Liability for Third-Party Fault
We are not liable for disruptions in the telecommunication infrastructure outside our control.

b) Liability for Negligence
We are liable for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. For minor negligence, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

c) Compensation
We will compensate for service-related failures and rectify defects within a reasonable period.

d) No Data Backups
We do not perform data backups. Customers are responsible for regular backups. We are not liable for data loss.

§ 8 Confidentiality and Data Protection

Zynri Ltd will handle all information with confidentiality. Customer data is processed in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For detailed information on data protection, please refer to our privacy policy here.

§ 9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this contract will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.


Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

We do not permit:

  • Hosting of malicious software such as botnets, RATs, or malware.

  • Hosting of violent or harmful content, including threats, abuse, and defamation.

  • Hosting of illegal content such as child exploitation material.

  • Hosting of copyrighted content without permission.

  • Hosting of IRC servers or bots.

  • Engaging in deceptive marketing practices.

  • Performing port scanning or any kind of spamming activity.

Violating the Terms of Service or AUP will result in service suspension and account termination. We do not provide data backups, and termination may involve permanent data deletion.
